Estimates and Payments

• All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or scope adjustments.

• Payment terms will be specified on invoices. Failure to make payment within the agreed period may result in suspension of services and additional late fees.

• We reserve the right to require deposits or prepayments for certain projects or ongoing contracts.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information about their property, access instructions, and any known hazards.

• Ensuring all pets, personal items, and valuables are secured prior to service.

• Allowing clear access to the property for personnel and equipment.

• Reporting any service concerns within 48 hours of completion for resolution.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay service or result in additional charges.

Property and Liability Disclaimer

While 7G Enterprises takes every reasonable precaution, we are not responsible for:

• Damage resulting from pre-existing structural weaknesses, hidden utilities, or prior maintenance issues.

• Natural events or factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, pests, erosion, or vegetation disease).

• Minor incidental damage inherent to standard service operations (e.g., small scuffs or debris movement).

In cases where damage is directly caused by negligence of our employees, 7G Enterprises reserves the right to repair, replace, or compensate at its discretion.

Service Modifications and Cancellations

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• In cases of inclement weather, services may be rescheduled without penalty.

• The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for safety, nonpayment, or misuse of services.

Use of Website and Digital Content
